Hello World! 👋
It is so thrilling to launch Verneek out of stealth today and talk about what we have been doing for two full years, under the radar.
We started Verneek in the middle of the full-blown pandemic before the world had any vaccines. Exactly two years ago, we were office hunting in NYC, with double masks on, not knowing how a pandemic-born company will pan out.

22nd of March 2023 — Today!
Despite all the uncertainties and challenges, we knew that we wanted to be together, in-person, in NYC…
… and let the rest be history!
We founded Verneek two years ago when the broader field of AI research had gotten the closest it has ever been to imbuing machines with common sense, touted as the foundational holy grail of AI! We believed that the time is ripe for human language to become the new holistic interface for interacting with a lot of our everyday environments. We have worked obsessively towards this very goal ever since.
We have spent many months doing fundamental research and development to bring together the best-in-class science and technology into an AI platform that can revamp how we interact with digital environments, replacing all the search bars, navigation menus, chat boxes, as well as the need for extra Googling.
We named it One Quin!
Today we are unveiling One Quin, our proprietary Consumer Experience AI Platform, and its first use-case live in the real wild messy world: Quin Shopping AI.
This is just the beginning.
We see the future where every consumer-facing digital environment is Quin-enabled, ranging from retail to healthcare, finance, and beyond!
Our mission is to build the most helpful AI to augment human knowledge in everyday life, so that we, as consumers, can make better and faster decisions wherever we go.
We believe that AI is neither artificial nor human, it is its own intelligence , and we think AI should stand for “Augmented Intelligence”. We have spent 18 years of our lives working on AI research and development, and if there is one thing that we know for sure, it is that we have come an astonishingly long way but we still have a ways to go matching human-level cognitive abilities. As our Wall of Fame throws a jab at the state of our own field, AI used to often go “Sorry, I’m not sure I can understand, can you please repeat that?”, and we are here to change that forever.
